We also offer free consultations with our instructors who can help evaluate your fitness level, flexibility, and goals (such as stress relief, weight loss, or strength building) to recommend the most suitable class for you.

Yes, it is absolutely safe and practical for beginners to join our yoga classes. Yoga is not about how flexible you are, but about building strength, balance, and inner awareness over time. Our instructors are experienced in working with people of all ages and fitness levels. We guide beginners with simple modifications and progressive steps to help them ease into each posture.

You are encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body. Many of our long-term students started with zero experience. Within a few weeks, you’ll notice improvements in flexibility, breathing, posture, and overall well-being.

For your first yoga class, it’s best to wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before class. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a small towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you don't have a mat, we can provide one for you at the studio.

It’s also helpful to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in, talk to the instructor about any health concerns, and get familiar with the environment. Mentally, try to approach your session with openness and patience. Yoga is a journey, and every class contributes to your growth.

Booking a class is quick and simple. You can book directly on our website using the class schedule, or contact us via phone or WhatsApp. We also accept walk-in bookings at the front desk, but we recommend reserving in advance for popular time slots.

Our pricing includes single-session passes, 5 and 10-class packs, as well as monthly and quarterly memberships. Special discounts are available for students, senior citizens, and corporate groups. Yes, we offer both live online yoga sessions and access to pre-recorded video classes to accommodate those who prefer to practice from home or live in different locations. Our virtual classes are conducted via Zoom, and you will receive a meeting link after booking. The live format allows real-time interaction with instructors, so you can get personalized feedback and motivation.

We also have an on-demand library of recorded sessions for various levels—from beginner to advanced—which you can access anytime with a membership. All online classes follow the same professional standard and are taught by certified instructors. Practicing at home has never been easier or more effective.
